In this document, "Platform" or "we" refers to 1333et and all services under it. "User" or "you" refers to any active account holder registered on this platform.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.
• Example (1): Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example (2): Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳17,000.
• The bonus can be received only once and is non-transferable.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Promotional offers have a set expiry period. Expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• 1333et reserves the right to close all accounts if bonuses are misused by opening multiple accounts.

The 1333et VIP program has 5 levels. Users can advance to higher levels through regular betting activity and enjoy weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Decisions on VIP level changes and cashback payments are entirely at the discretion of 1333et. 1333et reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

The following rules apply to betting and gaming activities on 1333et:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• Abnormal winnings resulting from software or system errors may be voided.
• Any form of strategic abuse or use of bots is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players is a violation of standards and will result in account closure.
• For cricket betting, the results of BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international matches are determined by the official authorities.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be handled in accordance with the specific gaming rules.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on 1333et. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure:

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Opening an account using fraudulent identity or documents
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Using automated software, bots, or any hacking methods
• Operating multiple accounts from a single device or network
• Misusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Any activity harmful to the security or integrity of the platform

• On the direction of law enforcement authorities

When an account is closed, the user must contact us within the specified time to withdraw any remaining balance. In cases of fraud, funds may be forfeited.

1333et gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial or mental distress.

• Users can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their own.
• The option to temporarily or permanently close your account is available.

Under any circumstances, our total liability will not exceed the amount deposited in your account.

• Adding or removing any game, betting market or service
• Temporarily suspending services for platform maintenance

• Adding or removing payment methods
